Credit Card Required for Scheduling

A 50% deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit is applied to the cost of your service. Your private credit card information is processed in compliance with merchant data standards and is in compliance with the latest PCI Data Security standards at all times.

Confirmation & Cancellations:

We make every effort to remind you of your appointment 48 hrs prior to your scheduled date. We also understand that sometimes schedules change. We ask that you please inform us if you’re unable to keep your appointment at least 24 hrs prior to its scheduled date and time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing us this 24 -hour notice, your deposit will not be refunded. You cannot cancel your appointment on line. you must call us to cancel/reschedule.

Late Policy

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your deposit is not refundable.
